We are not responsible for your package after shipment.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 3-7 days for us to process your order. Can slightly vary depending on volume of orders.

Package lost in mail?:

Velourea is not responsible for packages after they have been shipped out. If you suspect your package was lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the carrier as soon as possible. Refunds of any kind will not be issued.

 What if I put the wrong address?

 If you put the incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to change the address if your order has not been fulfilled yet. Address changes are not guaranteed and we are not responsible for any incorrect addresses.

If your shipping label was already created, a fee will be charged for a new label. If your items have been already shipped, we are not responsible.

 Package returned to sender?

If your package was returned to us, you will be responsible for it to be sent again. An invoice will be emailed to you for shipping costs.

If you choose to not have your items sent back to you, you will not be refunded shipping costs.
